[Minatsuki's about to laugh incredulously, until the retching resumes. There's a pause. The sound of her letting out a strange noise that's a cross between a growl and a sigh.]

Week 7 Day 4

[He'd been browsing hair pins for Annie, initially. After seeing her looking at them and leaving them behind, though, he couldn't help but remember his run-in with Minatsuki in the snow, carrying a bag of cute accessories and spilling them all over.

So when he ran across a couple of pins that stood out in particular, he slipped them into a separate, little baggy, and swiped an envelope and some stationary.

So at some point when Minatsuki is in her room, she'll find a thin envelope being shoved underneath the door towards her. Of course, even if she opens the door fast enough, there's no guarantee she'll be able to see Zelos, so he's in no rush to leave.

Inside the envelope is a hand written note with a small baggy with two hairpins taped to the bottom of it. One hair pin is a fancy pink flower with little beads laced through in decoration, while the other is a plain pink heart handmade with just enough detail to be endearing.]

Sorry about how I was back on that space ship. It's just no fun to see a cute girl troubled by ghosts that shouldn't be there to start with, you know?

Even if that cute girl is super uncute most of the time.

Anyway, I thought you'd like these, so here you go.

This was unlike him. Sort of. Minatsuki looks from the two hairpins to the note in each of her hands. She would've expected him to show up in person, all flash and swagger and spectacle and flirty, to give her this...gift (or whatever the hell it was. This was Zelos she was dealing with, after all.). But to be incognito like this (somewhat; his flash still showed through his writing), leaving behind a note?

....She's not sure whether to be suspicious or thankful. While she could ignore the cute/uncute references (especially since he wasn't saying it to her face), as well as the references to the hallucinations (she didn't want to look back on that; particularly his involvement), but that last line...

Minatsuki grumbles and rolls her eyes. He always seemed to aim for pushing her buttons, even when he seemed tob trying(??) to be nice(????)...yet that was the thing.

She wasn't as apathetic as he thought she was. Or rather---her apathy...seemed to be gradually giving way to something else.

The opposite. She hits the button on her earpiece; keeps it to voice this time, so he can hear her but not see her. Fine. So he wanted to play games? Challenge accepted.]

Feeling shy today? Tch, that's unlike you, Zelos.

[A snort.]
